Youth and Family Resource Program

The Youth and Family Resource Program is a community-based initiative dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome challenges such as unemployment, housing insecurity, limited education, and access to benefits. We meet people where they are—with compassion, respect, and real solutions.

 

Our Services Include:

  • Employment Support: Job search assistance, resume building, and access to hiring events.

  • Housing Assistance: Help finding affordable housing and referrals to partner organizations.

  • Government Benefits: Support with applying for SNAP, Medicaid, and cash assistance through MyACCESS Florida.

  • Transportation: Free monthly bus passes for eligible individuals via the Transportation Disadvantaged Program.

  • Education: Help enrolling in GED programs, tutoring, and test prep resources.

  • Referrals: Connections to healthcare, summer camps, and other trusted resources.

 

Who We Serve:
Youth (18+), families, seniors, and individuals in need of support.

 

Recent Highlights:

  • Weekly in-person support now available at North Miami Library.

  • New service locations in development to expand our reach.

 

We’re here to help people move forward with hope, dignity, and opportunity.
