RE-ENTRY YOUTH INTERVENTION PROGRAM (RYIP)
The Re-Entry Youth Intervention Program (RYIP) is dedicated to empowering, educating, and uplifting justice-impacted youth ages 14–24 through guidance, support, and opportunities for personal growth.
WHAT DOES RYIP DO?
Stability → Skills → Credentials → Placement
We combine Trauma-Responsive Counseling, on Success Coaching, skill-based Personal & Professional Development (PPD) sessions, and Case Management to deliver tangible results for justice-impacted youth.
Youth don’t just “attend a program.” Participants earn degrees and certifications, build resumes, submit real job applications, practice mock interviews, learn financial literacy, and develop routines that support compliance and self-control.
When needed, we also help remove daily barriers through:
-
Food pantry support
-
Interview attire assistance
-
Limited transportation support for key appointments
-
Guidance applying for benefits and essential documents
For youth who require community service hours, we help them complete verified service hours while learning workplace behaviors that employers actually expect.
