The RYIP (Re-entry Youth Intervention Program) is committed to empower, educate and elevate youths between the age of 16 to 24, who are either currently incarcerated, have been incarcerated or are in bootcamps.  R.Y.I.P. works in accord with the Department of Justice and Probation Officers.
