STABILITY STARTS WITH SUPPORT
Prosperity Youth Pathways to Stability supports young people facing housing instability and major life transitions. Through personalized guidance, resources, and supportive services, we help youth build the foundation they need to move toward safe, stable housing and long-term self-sufficiency.
We serve youth ages 16–24 who are experiencing housing instability or facing major life transitions. This includes youth aging out of foster care, runaway or unhoused youth, and system-involved young people transitioning back into the community. Our goal is to meet each young person where they are and connect them with the support, resources, and guidance needed to move toward greater stability and independence.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Through individualized support, Prosperity Youth Pathways to Stability helps young people build a stronger foundation for independent living. Each person’s pathway is based on their unique needs and goals, with a focus on helping them become more self-sufficient and prepared for long-term stability.

Prosperity Youth Pathways to Stability works in collaboration with the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust and Broward County Continuum of Care to connect young people with coordinated housing support, essential resources, and services that promote long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and independence.
