THE STORY BEHIND A & A
The A & A Swimming Institute was created in honor of twin brothers Andrew and Alex, whose lives were tragically lost to drowning. Their passing inspired PSCDG & The Templeton Family to raise awareness about water safety and drowning prevention throughout our community.
Through this initiative, we hopes to help reduce drowning-related incidents by providing access to swimming lessons and educating families about the importance of water safety. The program was created with the belief that every child should have the opportunity to learn lifesaving swimming skills and feel confident around water.
In addition to swimming instruction, the program also helps educate parents, caregivers, and community members about drowning risks, prevention strategies, and safe practices in and around pools and other bodies of water.
HOW TO REGISTER
Registration for the A& A Swimming Institute Program must be completed in person at our office. Please get in touch with us to schedule your registration appointment or to learn more about available program locations and enrollment requirements. Swimming lessons are offered only during the Summer for participants!
